First puzzle piece on my nails
I would never try this if it weren't for this tutorial:

Merry Christmas!
Sorry I'm late for my Christmas felicitation, but better late than never. I was visiting my parents and I don't have internet connection over there so I didn't get the chance to post this mani untill now.
As a base I used the one and only, the best Christmas polish ever: China Glaze Jolly Holly.
I put this polish on every Christmas since it was released.
The color reminds me of Christmas tree so I stamped them on and created decorations with rhinestones.
I really love it, I find it to be perfect for holiday spirit!

First Xmas nails this year!
Xmas nails! :)
It's a little to early to do a holiday mani, but here's the explanation:
I used China Glaze Fast Track for the second time since purchased it. And for the second time I conlcuded that it doesn't go well with my skin tone.
So I added scotch tape triangular in Essence All Acces.
While doing it, all that sparkle and shine reminded me of Christmas so I put an accent on my ring finger with Mavala Madrid. Since it wasn't sparkly enough, compared to other nails, I added some no name red glitter polish.
In the daylight (but no sunshine):

Tapestry mani
So as you remember. I was grumbling about how I dislike China Glaze Fast Track with my skin tone...
These days I'm studying hard, I have only five exams 'till the end of my college and I'm determined to give them ASAP.
But since I'm no robot and I can't study more than one hour at once, I have to make small pauses.
So... I decided to upgrade the polish.
First day I stamped it with OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Suede, which is a great one-coat matte polish. And since it's pigmented well, it's good for stamping, too.
Second day I added purple tips with scotch tape with Golden Rose Matte 07 polish. That's also a great one coater that has an astonishing color, that I didn't accomplish to present in all it's glory.
However, as lovely as it is, it also has the problem all matte polishes have: huge tipwear second day.
Here's the mani. I named it tapestry, since it reminds me of those old pieces that I used to see hanging on the walls in old houses.

China Glaze Fast Track
Considering I'm just finishing the third novel of The Hunger Games trilogy, I decided to put on a convenient polish.
I was completely blown away with China Glaze's The Hunger Games collection. For the first time this year I wanted to buy almost every polish there (except for that awful frosty gray and orange foil).
In the end, after recalculating, I decided I really need just this one since I don't have anything like it in my collection. And the collection is getting to big, around 200 polishes, so I don't go buying everything I like at instant because that way there would be too many similar colors for my taste.
I also wanted to buy Agro, but I didn't find any comparison photos, does any of you know how (un)similar it is to China Glaze Jolly Holly?

China Glaze Blue Sparrow with Kleancolor Chunky Holo Purple
Once again I confirmed to myself that I don't like this type of nail polish: pure glitter.
I could kill for a subtle, but visible shimmer, but overall glittery polishes don't fit me.
I put three coats of China Glaze Blue Sparrow and since I didn't like the result, I put Kleancolor Chunky Holo Purple (just arrived in the mailbox) on top of it, deciding I'll remove all that at once.
But Kleancolor helped me to like the combo after all, so I took a photo of it for the blog after all.

Day 30. Inspired by a tutorial
Ok, now I can tell you the thruth :)
When I did Inspired by artwork, I instantly thought of Van Gogh Sunflowers. But I didn't do them because I knew from the start which tutorial I will be doing, and that is Sunflowers by Kayla Shevonne.
That would be double sunflowers and I didn't want that so I chose the easy solution for artwork.
Check out the great tutorial here.
I love Kayla's tutorials, they're amazing and I'll certainly do more of them when I get the time.
And now my interpretation:
As a base I used China Glaze Shower Together, beautiful blue-green creme polish. For sunflowers I used no name yellow polish from New Age, that's so pigmented that I didn't need white base as Kayla did.
And for sunflower seeds I used Sephora Smurf.
I haven't got the shimmer in Smurf, but you get the idea from the second photo. I love, love, love that polish, the best brown I own.
That reminds me, can you give me any suggestions for a nice brown polish? I think brown is underrated. There are maybe three brown polishes that I like. Usually they make browns that look like sh.. or browns that have too much red in it and can be described as burgundy.
But pure brown, and with some nice shimmer like in Sephora Smurf I see very rarely.
I can think only of Zoya Cheryl right now... :(
So I take you suggestions and advices for a nice brown polish!

Day 22. Inspired by a movie
Can anyone guess which movie is it? :)
For base I used China Glaze Seaspray (just one coat!), for sea Catrice Pool Party at Night and for the fish Astor Mikado in orange color (no name).

Christmas mani
I used: China Glaze Jolly Holly, my favourite X-massy green.
I stamped holly with Bundle Monster plate no. 14.

Day 21. Inspired by BLUE
I was truly inspired this time!
As soon as I saw the theme I instantly had an idea: each nail different, but all including dark blue Pure Ice French Kiss.
Lets start from the thumb: half of the nail theme color and the other half Basic Beauty no.71.
Point finger: half of the nail Hot Topic medium blue matt polish with the other half in the theme color.
Middle finger: theme color as a base and Essence Blue Addicted on top.
Ring finger: China Glaze Sea Spray with theme dots. By the way I looove Sea Spray and I recommend it to all light blue lovers- one coater with stunning shimmer...
Pinky: just theme color.
The result is a bit complicated, but special mani. So many people noticed it and I always take it as a good sign.
What's your opinion? Is it too much?
Did I put on too many polishes or do they fit in just fine?
Please comment more, dear readers, even if you don't like it, I'll take it as an advice and try to improve next time, but without comments I might start to think noone reads this littlle blog of mine :(

Day 18. Half moons
Now something according to my taste, after that glittering mani that really wasn't my style.
Half moons with one of my favourite colors: China Glaze Jolly Holly from last year's Christmas collection.
I wanted that polish since I first saw it, but I didn't satisfy my whim and order it right away, no, I thought the love would not last... But it did and I got it few months ago in a swap.
This is the first time I'm showing it to you, but the third time I'm wearing it.
It's perfect shade of deep green with multicolored shimmer (you can see that really good on the photos taken in the sun).
For half moons I used She 230.
And in the sun...
I can't decide if I like it better in the shade or in the sun. What do you say?
